National Pharmaceutical Industries Co. (SAOG)

National Pharmaceutical Industries Co. (SAOG) is the first pharmaceutical
formulations  manufacturing  company in the Sultanate  of  Oman. It is the
brainchild of the Ministry of  Health and has  the Government of Oman and
Suhail Bahwan Group as its main shareholders.  Its objective is to produce
medicines for supply primarily to the Ministry of Health and thereby to the
citizens of the Sultanate of Oman.The state of art facility comprises of two
hi-tech plants to manufacture  Beta-Lactum & Non-Beta Lactum products,
a well developed quality  control Laboratory  and  an  in  house Research &
Development facility.
